The ILGA-Europe Equality Fundraiser proved once more to be the best party of the 2024 summer season, with great cocktails, food, live performance, and a fab DJ, all combined to create a fun, relaxed friendly vibe in the heart of Brussels, where a diverse bunch of our great supporters kicked back, mingled, danced, and enjoyed good company. It also raised much needed funds for our vital work towards LGBTI freedom and equality.

Who was at the 2024 fundraiser? Add to google calendar

We began the night with welcome bubbles, followed by an organic and tasty bite to eat and first class queer entertainment – not forgetting a unique opportunity to network with fellow supporters of LGBTI human rights.

We also heard from from freshly re-elected MEP and current chair of the European Parliament Intergroup, our guest speaker, Kim Van Sparrentak, and there was some very special entertainment courtesy of our guest star, Drag Race Belgium diva extraordinaire, Susan from Grindr.

Then DJ Melissa Juice got the dancefloor hopping as all the assembled enjoyed the Brussels summer party of the year.

Thanks to our sponsors Google for their generous support, and to Diageo, who provided some stupendous signature cocktails, with all profits going towards our vital work for LGBTI equality.
