Three decades of working alongside the LGBTI movement and European institutions to advance equality across a continent, and proof that when people work together with courage and conviction, change is possible.
None of it would have been possible without the thousands of supporters who have stood with us along the way. Every contribution, every act of solidarity, every shared belief in a more equal Europe has been part of the change.
But today, that change is being contested. Rights are being reversed. Communities are under pressure.
Our annual ILGA-Europe Equality Fundraiser honours thirty years of changemakers, and calls on a new generation of supporters to meet this moment with the same determination that built this movement.

About the Evening
The ILGA-Europe Equality Fundraiser is ILGA-Europe’s flagship annual event, bringing together supporters, advocates, and changemakers from across Europe and beyond. This year, as we mark our 30th birthday, we are celebrating the people and organisations who have shaped three decades of progress, while recommitting to the work that still lies ahead.
Funds raised on the evening go directly towards ILGA-Europe’s vital work advancing the rights and equality of LGBTI people across Europe and Central Asia.
