Unfortunately we cannot cover travel expenses and therefore looking for volunteers who are based in Brussels or can get to Brussels themselves. The various tasks vary in the length of time allocated for their completion. However, the baseline is that we are looking for volunteers who can allocate at least half days or several full days of work. All volunteers will be invited to join a reception in the European Parliament on the 25 January 2012 from 18.30 as an appreciation for their time and work.

When? Week days from 10:00 and 17:00 in between:

• 1 December to 16 December
• 3 January to 23 January
• 24 and 25 January for the event in European Parliament.

Where? At the office of ILGA-Europe: rue Belliard strat 12, Brussels B-1040, and the European Parliament in Brussels.

Skills? For some of the tasks we need volunteers with good IT skills (especially with excel).
