IGLYO is now looking for a volunteer in the framework of Youth in Action Programme, Action 2 – European Voluntary Service

Volunteer placement will take place at IGLYO headquarters in Brussels, for a duration of 1 year. Starting date – 1 March to 31 July 2011 (to be negotiated).

The ideal candidate would be:
- Fluent in English;
- Experience of LGBT youth work (optional);
- Aware of Anti-Discrimination policies;
- Have experience with 'non-formal education';
- Have experience or be willing to develop and further actions in the focus area of health;
- Be able to work in the international, multi-cultural environment;
- Be between 18 and 30 years old (on the date of September 1st 2010);
- Be coming from one of the 27 Member States of the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Syria, Tunisia;
- Be motivated to work in a stimulating, challenging and fun environment!
