Council of Europe survey on hate speech online

In the framework of the project "Young people combating hate speech online", the Youth Department of the Council of Europe launches a survey on young people's attitudes and experience of online hate speech.
The survey targets young people in Europe and beyond and will provide empirical data to better shape the online campaign against hate speech. The survey takes only 15 minutes and is available in:
