Summary

The main goal is to disseminate the findings of the first national research project on the Social exclusion of LGBT people in Hungary. The empirical base of the research was a quantitative survey targeting LGBT people (N=1122) and 150 accounts of personal experiences of discrimination. Our plan is to produce two types of publication on the basis of our final report (a Hungarian booklet and another one with an English translation) and to use them for advocacy purposes. We want to distribute the already collected data and analysis to Hungarian decision makers, teachers’ training institutions and public libraries in order to raise awareness.
