In January 2010, ILGA-Europe started Step up! with the donor organisation <a href="http://www.soros.org/" target="_blank">Open Society Institute</a>.<br />
 <br /> The project is planned to finish in 2013.</p>

<p>In 2009, ILGA-Europe started the project with the full project title <i>Enhancing pluralism and combating discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Russia</i>. </p><p>The project is planned to finish in the end of 2011.</p>
