LGBT news portal kaosgl.org was hacked on 16 December 2012. The website was not accessible for a short period of time. The attack started on the last hours of Kaos GL’s Symposium against Discriminations, which took place on the Human Rights Week. For a short time, the attack successfully blocked access to kaosgl.org. A hateful collage of “so-called hadith” (sayings of the prophet Muhammad), which exhibited supposed approach of Islam toward homosexuality could have been seen on the home page of our website.<br />
A similar attack also happened during the International Day against Homophobia &amp; Transphobia and the same “religious fundamentalism” had then been recruited. Following the blocking, contemporary meaning of Turkish and Arabic collage was understood to be “No to representation of homosexuality as a normal thing!” and “No to homosexual propaganda!”<br />http://kaosgl.org/page.php?id=12992 </p>
