<p class="MsoNormal">RFSL is organizing a course on positive relational coaching aimed mainly at people working for LGBT Rights and Human rights. Thanks to the Grundtvig program of the European Union, the cost - including transport to Sweden, stay and meals - is only 100 Euros.</p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal">If you have people in your network who might be interested in a training on positive coaching - please pass this on. I am hoping to reach people in LGBT and human rights organizations and with mixed experiences/ages/genders and so on. </p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p>
 Appreciative approaches are very powerful tools when coaching others, building teams, creating change and developing organizations and communities. I highly recommend the course based on personal experience from similar courses as well as using some of the techniques and methods in my line of work. <br />
 <br />
 This workshop is open to people coming from the EU or Croatia, Turkey, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland. <br />
 <br />
 The workshop is open to anyone with an interest in using these approaches in their professional, volunteer and/ or private life. Priority will be given to those who can demonstrate that they will multiply the outcomes of the workshop, after the workshop. <br />
