Reports on the situation of human rights of LGBTI people in Macedonia since October 2012
Since its opening in October 2012, the LGBTI Support Centre has been preparing and publishing monthly and quarterly reports on the situation of the human rights of LGBTI people in the Republic of Macedonia. Some of those reports consist a part of the regular monthly reports of its parent organization, the Helsinki Committee for human rights of the Republic of Macedonia, as a separate chapter within the reports themselves.
The latest official report on the situation of the human rights of LGBTI people in Macedonia refers to October 2013 and can be downloaded here. It contains a separate chapter on LGBTI rights.
The previous reports can all be found on the website of the Support Centre, at http://lgbti.mk, or downloaded directly on the following links:
September 2013 (Separate chapter on LGBTI rights)
July-August 2013 (Separate chapter on LGBTI rights)
Shadow Report on the implementation of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe Recommendation CM/Rec(2010)5 on measures for combating discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity
We will continue to monitor the situation of human rights of LGBTI people in Macedonia and produce monthly reports to reflect the current situation in order to change the social and legal status of LGBTI people in the Republic of Macedonia.
