<p>Minsk city authorities have contributed to the date change for public march within Minsk Gay Pride 2012.</p><p>
In late September, the organizing committee of the Minsk Gay Pride 2012 announced<br />
that it has already registered a request for the permission of a march in support of tolerance<br />towards LGBT community. Public action was scheduled for 11 October.</p><p>On 2 October, organizers of Minsk Gay Pride received a letter from the city authorities, which pointed to inaccuracies in the previously filed application. City officials have proposed to correct deficiencies and submit a new application.</p><p>According to the new application filed by the organizers of the Minsk Gay Pride, the march of the Minsk Gay Pride 2012 is rescheduled for 30 October.</p>
