Information action in Gomel was not allowed

April 29, Gomel city executive committee refused to conduct information campaigns on the World Day against homophobia.
April 15, in Gomel city executive committee, addressed to the Chairman, sent a statement asking for authorization to conduct information campaigns in the "Month against homophobia in Belarus" held in connection with the "International Day against homophobia", commemorated around the world May 17. In a statement the organizers to assume the obligation to ensure the safety, health care and order during the action.
But despite this, Gomelskie authorities felt that the organizers (Sergei Androsenko, Mitskevich Julia and Vyacheslav Bortnik) could not prove that could provide medical assistance, law enforcement supervision and cleaning of the territory after the event, hence this action in Gomel conduct is not permitted.
Also, let's mention that another statement sent and the Minsk City executive committee to conduct a similar share information in Minsk, May 10 at the monument at the City A. Mitskevichu shaft. No response from the city authorities have not followed.
