Appreciative Community Change; A workshop on appreciative leadership for community change agents
RFSL (The Swedish federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights) is able to offer a course on Appreciative Community change aimed mainly at people working for LGBT Rights and Human rights.
Thanks to the Grundtvig program of the European Union, the cost - including transport to Sweden, stay and meals - is only 100 Euros.
Appreciative approaches are very powerful tools when leading others, building teams, creating change and developing organizations and communities. I highly recommend the course based on personal experience from similar courses as well as using some of the techniques and methods in my line of work.
This workshop is open to people coming from EA and EEA countries, plus Turkey, Norway, Croatia and FYROM.
The workshop is open to anyone with an interest in using these approaches in their professional, volunteer and/ or private life. Priority will be given to those who can demonstrate that they will multiply the outcomes of the workshop, after the workshop.
DEADLINE for applications are January 19, 10.00 CET.
