After Summer School 28 young people from the Czech republic (15) and Slovakia (13) took part in Prague for international meeting which was only about minorities. One day was about gay and lesbian comunity. People from Slovakia were hetero and they were so surprised that lgbt students are as they. 8 days with them were very interesting for them. All event was financed from the programme Youth in Action. It included not only seminars about minorities but games or visits. They can discuss about situation of minorities (mainly about lgbt minority) in the Czech republic, Slovakia and other countries too. Young peple from Slovakia met firsttime other people they are gay and lesbien and they could ask them for all what could be interesting for Slovakia boys and girls, asked them for their feels etc. It was really nice to see how could one meeting to change behave of other. I am proud that I could meet them. It was not only one meeting. After this meeting, I participated in workshop in Handlová. This city in Central Slovakia took place for meeting for students and pupils. They could know more about minorities in Slovakia and the Czech republic. And do you know which minority is the most popular for them? Yes, it is lgbt :)
