GLEN launches its information document ‘Same-Sex Couples and Immigration Provisions in Ireland, as part of the OPENCities Programme organised by FOMACS, the British Council and Dublin City Council. The document highlights new immigration provisions under which the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service now treats same-sex civil partners the same as married couples and treats same-sex de facto couples the same as de facto opposite sex couples.
