Neither joint nor second parent adoption is available to same-sex couples in Georgia.

Sexual orientation and gender identity are included in the law on hate and violence, and are recognised as aggravating factor.

Pride events have never taken place /never been applied for.

The age of consent is equal for all sexual acts.
