Rauda Morcos is one of the co founders of the first (and only) Palestinian organisation for gay-women ASWAT. Her coming out caused lts of troubles. Nevertheless her work for gay-women's rights is not the only thing that is driving her. "I am a woman, I am lesbian, I am feminist AND I am against the occupation and the Wall and for non violent recistance" Rauda says. "To get peace we have to work on all these items at the same time because everything is linked to one another" she says.
On November 4th she was present at the Lesbian Day in Gent.
On November 8th she will be in 'het Oratorienhof' in Leuven.
On November 11th she will be on the 'vrouwendag' (women's day) in Berchem (Antwerp).
On November 14th she will be in Antwerp again (FC poppesnor).
