<a name="eztoc38461_1" id="eztoc38461_1"></a><h2><a href="http://www.seta.fi/" target="_blank">Seta </a>(Finland) </h2><p>Tanja works as Senior Adviser with Work Environment and Equality Affairs in the Trade Union Pro. She has a strong working experience with issues about gender and equality. She has worked with women's rights at The Feminist Association Unioni and with Seta - LGBT Rights in Finland. </p><p>She is a chairperson for the Working Group of International Affairs at Seta - LGBT Rights in Finland. In the past she has been vice-chairperson and member of the board of Seta. She has also been active in the local Seta organisation, Helsingin Seudun Seta, as a chairperson of the board and as a member of the board. </p><p>Tanja has a master's degree in Social Sciences, majoring Social Policy and Women's studies. At the moment she is finishing her other degree in the School of Humanities majoring Cultural Anthropology and Communication Studies. </p>
