Information for ILGA-Europe member organisation willing to host annual conference
In this section you will find practical information you should consider if you want to apply to host ILGA-Europe annual conference
The conference venue is selected by the Annual Conference two years in advance. So during the 2010 ILGA-Europe's Annual Conference in The Hague, the delegates will vote on a city where to host ILGA-Europe's Annual Conference in 2012.
If your organisation wants to apply to host ILGA-Europe’s Annual Conference in 2012 in your town/city, you will need to follow this year's conference mailings. The first conference mailing will be issued on 17 May 2010 and will contain a call for candidates to host our conference in 2012. The deadline to provide your interest in hosting ILGA-Europe's Annual Conference in 2012 will be 24 September 2010. Please visit our section on The Hague Conference from 17 May 2010 when the first conference mailing will be available.
