MEETING OF LESBIAN AND GAY FAMILIES

During the long weekend of May 1st (May 1-4), the Association of Lesbian and Gay Families of Catalonia (FLG) is organizing a meeting in Catalonia for our member families and families from other countries. The meeting will take place at Ciutat de Repòs i Vacances, in Tarragona, 100 km south of Barcelona. It is a hotel resort located 200 m from the beach. It has independent apartments and many common facilities.

During these 4 days, we will organize many activities for the children and their fathers or mothers, including workshops on subjects of common interest and a lot of free time to build the friendship between the participating families.

You can make the reservation now*.The sooner the better ! There is limited space! (up to 300 people, but we expect a big participation : FLG alone has 80 member families).

It is necessary to pay an amount in advance to secure the reservation. The deadline is March 20. After this date, we will accept new reservations if there is availability. We have pre-assigned 100 rooms for families from other counties.

We will have and unforgettable meeting !!

PRICE OF FULL BOARD ACCOMODATION

Adult: € 130. Children 3 to 12: € 65. Children below 3: € 30

The registration includes all meals and lodging in family apartments (arrival May 1, lunch included, departure May 4, breakfast included). The lunch of May 4 is not included. The price includes all activities, except for the ticket to Port Aventura amusement park, although we are waiting for government money to pay for it, not confirmed yet).

HOW CAN YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION?

To make the reservation, please send a wire-transfer to our banc account for the amount corresponding to all family members as detailed below. Our account international number will be sent upon request. Please specify the family name.

Adult: €100. Children 3 to 12 ans: € 50 . Childrem below 2: € 20.
(Due to hotel regulations, the age of the children is the age on May 1st)

Once you have made the reservation, please send an e-mail to international@familieslg.orgconfirming that you made the wire transfer, and detailing the name and family name and age for each person attending the meeting, the city, the country and the telephone number.

*availability is limited, and reservations will be considered bases on the order of arrival.
