Diversity survey among ILGA-Europe member organisations

10/03/2008

ILGA-Europe is currently conducting a survey among its member organisations on their diversity policies and practices.

The goal of this survey is to asses how we are reflecting the diversity within the LGBT community to what extent ILGA-Europe member organisations are implementing equality and diversity policies in their organisational structure/documents/etc as well as in their projects.

The purpose is to use the results of this research when planning ILGA-Europe’s projects on diversity. It is a first step through which ILGA-Europe tries to asses the current situation, compile good practices and develop guidelines for the organisation and its members on how to better embrace and implement in practice equality and diversity policies.

Please send your completed questionnaires (available below) to Françoise Barlet, ILGA-Europe Finance & Administrative Officer at francoise@ilga-europe.org. Deadline: 15 April 2008.
