Adoption by same-sex partners in Europe
UK: According to new legislation any couple, married or unmarried, same-sex or opposite sex, is entitled to apply for a joint adoption.

Iceland: Registered partner can adopt the other partner’s child, unless the child is adopted from a foreign country. No joint adoption for registered same-sex partners.
