Translation of Motivation for Refusal to Register an LGBT Organisation in Russia
In October of 2007 Russian LGBT organisaton "Rainbow House" was refused registration by local authorities. The document is translation of the refusal motivation by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which links activities of LGBT organisations to threat to national security and extremism.
