Antidiscrimination Law

On 7 December 2005 Czech Parliament agreed the new Antidiscrimination law. It forbids all types of discrimination based on race, ethnic, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, faith or religion or because
of non-religion. This new law encloses all types of dicrimination not only at a workplace but also in social security, health service, education and access to services and accomodation. This law will come into
force after the approval of senat and president which procedures are rather formal.
