The coalition of Bulgarian non-governmental organizations reports unconvincing progress of Bulgaria in the field of human rights protection and the integration of minority and vulnerable groups.

The civil sector organizations involved have put forward a broad range of recommendations to institutions, adherence to which will improve the quality of policies in the fields monitored.

The civil sector organizations involved call on government and all state institutions to ensure that Bulgaria enters the European Union with the dignity of a country which has ensured the full protection of human rights and social integration of vulnerable groups in society through its domestic policies.
