Patricia is Executive Director of ILGA-Europe since October, 2004. Previously, Patricia worked in Meitheal, a Community Development Support and Training organisation in Ireland, which she co-founded in 1994. She has worked in the area of equality and social change in England and Ireland for over 20 years – as facilitator, change agent, lecturer, trainer and organiser, and has degrees in Psychology, Women’s Studies and Organisational Development. Patricia has authored a number of resource books and was part of various governmental advisory groups in the area of equality in Ireland before taking up the post with ILGA-Europe.
