Evelyne Paradis

Executive Director

Evelyne Paradis has extensive experience and has been working in the field of human rights for over 10 years. She has worked for the UN High Commission for Human Rights, the Council of Europe and human rights NGOs in Canada. Evelyne completed studies in history, political science and European affairs in Canada and in France. She holds a Master's degree in political science. Evelyne Paradis is originally from Canada.

Joël is French and started working with ILGA-Europe on 1st September 2009. Camille Lambinon

Finance & Administration Officer

Camille is originally from France and joined ILGA-Europe’s team in June 2008. Prior to joining ILGA-Europe, Camille analysed life conditions in old peoples’ homes for the Lyons County. She also worked as a volunteer in different LGBT associations. She graduated from the Human Rights Master’s programme in Strasbourg (thesis on EU actions to improve human rights in China) and holds a Bachelor Degree in International law from Leiden University (Netherlands).

Anna Moskalkova

Project Co-ordinator, Finance & Administration Support

Anna is originally from Russia and joined ILGA-Europe’s team in February 2010.

Anna has completed studies in business administration in hotel management and holds Master of Science degree in hospitality management from Erasmus University Rotterdam (The Netherlands).

Prior to joining ILGA Europe, Anna has worked as producer of international summits for pharmaceutical industry leaders in London.
